Sarah didn't need the tinkle of bells on the door to announce his entry; she sensed his presence immediately. As she turned, color abandoned her face. She whispered through clenched teeth, "Get out."

Great twist. When I started reading it, I was thinking it was a 'good' presence, like a crush or something like that. The anger of the last line surprised me.
