9 - the age of my daughter.

12 - the number of books I have read in part this week.
13 - my favorite number when I was a kid.
(now it is nine)
14 - the age I was when I got my first real job.
(telemarketing - I said real job, not great job)
15 - the number of trees I can see through my barely-open window.
What are your important numbers?
I got the idea for this numbered post from Erin Margolin, who got it from GFunkified (where you can find more posts full of numbers).
Wow Tracie, for me to think up 15 relatible things to myself would overwhelm me now. I can tell you though, telemarketing was my frist job as well while attending high school. My favorite number was 6, but now 7. Your #3 through me until I read the whole entry. Thank you for sharing. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteThinking of 15 things really was harder than I thought it would be!
DeleteTelemarketing was not fun, but it did help pay for the tuition to the private school I wanted to attend at the time.
Blessings to you.
I would be doing good to get past three.
ReplyDeleteYou can do it!! :)
DeleteI like this idea - very brain teaser-esque! I'm going to try doing 15!
ReplyDeleteYay! I want to read your list when it goes up!
DeleteOk, I want to know about the 3 weddings!! And you read 7 whole books just in one week??? It takes me forever to read anything these days!
ReplyDeleteI'm intrigued by these things too!
DeleteI am a very fast reader! :) Plus I was sick, so that gave me more time to lay in bed and read (the reading part was nice).

Nine is also my lucky number. This is a super-cool post idea. Also, I think my kid has missed some Tinkerbell movies. Not sure if I should try to fix that or not.
ReplyDeleteThere are four of the official Tinkerbell movies. And I counted all the Peter Pan versions I've seen, Peter Pan 2, and Hook.
DeleteI kind of love all of them.
Your numbers are impressive!! The books, the weddings, how young you were working telemarketing. My favorite number has always been 12. I have no idea why. Thanks for linking up!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You had a great idea with this whole number thing.
Delete12 is a good number.
Ha! I did my list "in order" as well. I guess I'm kind of compulsive that way ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea from Greta, right?
Definitely a great idea.
DeleteMy compulsiveness definitely played into the ordered numbers. It is good to know I wasn't alone in that! ;-)
wow great job id be struggling after 5 lol
ReplyDeleteThanks! I did pretty good until I hit 7.
DeleteI love that you & Thomas have been married 3 times! And now I feel all stupid since my numbers didn't go in order. LOL. And? Can I just confess I'm SICK OF TINKERBELL. There. I said it. I feel better! LOL
ReplyDeleteI also want to know which 7 books you read this week. You are awesome. XOXOXOXO
LOL! Your out-of-order numbers just prove you aren't as compulsive as I am.
DeleteI kind of love Tinkerbell.
One of the books I read made it to my top 5 favorite list. Unless by Carol Shields. It was beautiful. Thoughtful. Flowey in just the right way. I loved it!
You are awesome!! xoxo
i think that this is my favourite form of lists. I'm a type a person and need some sort of order to things. You gave me an idea.
ReplyDeleteI love learing more about you xo
Awesome! I love giving people ideas. Glad you liked it.
Deletexoxo
I am jealous that you have been able to read so many books in one week! Love the way you did your list.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI am a fast reader!
I'm amazed you read so many books, I can barely get through one a month!
ReplyDeleteIt makes a difference that my daughter is older than your kids. In a few years you will find yourself reading more.
DeleteAwesome job. I'm so glad none of your numbers corresponded with "times arrested," "felonies" or "times I've vomited since breakfast."
ReplyDeleteI might try this with 5, to start. Any more than that and I'll start an incriminating process for myself that'll be none to easy to reverse.
Did you wear a beautiful dress each of those three times? How fun!!
