Welcome to my Blog-a-thon for the Angela Shelton Foundation!  I will be posting each hour for the next 24 hours!  There will be posts about the Angela Shelton Foundation, the Survivor Manual and how it is helping survivors to heal, stories that abuse survivors have shared with me as well as poems and artwork from survivors.  I will even be sharing my own story and how Angela Shelton and the foundation have helped to change my life!
